I love summer and does not need the reason

Published on 07/07,2009

Most people complain about the hotness in summer, the fat in particular. I am not a fat guy, so I am not afraid of it. On the other hand, I agree very much with an old Chinese saying which goes roughly the following: if you keep a quiet heart, you won’t feel hot. In summer, especially during summer vocation, I prefer to stay at home, sitting anywhere possible to do some reading, with a cup of hot tea. No matter how hot it is outside, I won’t think so.

The window on the west wall now always gives me hard time, for it allow me no longer sleep during day time. Though I have pulled up the curtain, the sunshine can still penetrate it, making it possible for me to sleep after 2 pm.

I have no complaints about this, and will pick up the coin, looking at the other side. This lovable window helps me deal with my laziness. I tell myself. Then I feel even gratitude towards it.

As I write down something for my favourite season, I can hear the rustling leaves outside, which is a real melody to me. Turning round, I discovered another bright day, trees green and bright.

May summer last forever..
